GSTM5P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTM5P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 235 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTM5P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KATNBL1P6, RN7SL650P, and ENO1P2. Each is linked with GSTM5P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTM5P1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTM5P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KATNBL1P6 grouped by GSTM5P1-low versus GSTM5P1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTM5P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTM5P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
