GSTA7P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA7P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,911 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA7P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB31, SSH1_S1042, and KIAA1671_S404. Each is linked with GSTA7P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA7P-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA7P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTA7P versus RAB31 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTA7P→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTA7P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
