Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GSTA7P RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GSTA7P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher GSTA7P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GSTA7P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and KIRC show a favorable association.

STAD, KICH, and LUSC are the cancer types where GSTA7P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
