GSTA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSTA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO4, GNAO1, and CEP128. Each is linked with GSTA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA5-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FMO4 grouped by GSTA5-low versus GSTA5-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
