GSTA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJB5P1, LINC00226, and RN7SL321P. Each is linked with GSTA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA4-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJB5P1 grouped by GSTA4-low versus GSTA4-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
