GSTA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,727 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRIP1_S671, APOA1_S225, and APOOL. Each is linked with GSTA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTA2 versus NRIP1_S671 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
