GSTA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00208, MIR4774, and VN1R79P. Each is linked with GSTA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA2-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00208 grouped by GSTA2-low versus GSTA2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
