Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXB1, TAS2R7, and HELT. Each is linked with GSTA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTA1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTA1 results are reported.
