GSPT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL62P, RNY4P18, and PPIAP69. Each is linked with GSPT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSPT1-to-partner and partner-to-GSPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL62P grouped by GSPT1-low versus GSPT1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
