GSN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,847 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are BLOC1S2P1, ELAVL4-AS1, and RN7SL260P. Each is linked with GSN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSN-to-partner and partner-to-GSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BLOC1S2P1 grouped by GSN-low versus GSN-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
