GSG1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSG1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,608 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSG1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP12, GSN, and OLFML1. Each is linked with GSG1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSG1L-to-partner and partner-to-GSG1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L versus AKAP12 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
