Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GSG1L RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GSG1L data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GSG1L RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GSG1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and ACC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and LGG are the cancer types where GSG1L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
