Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSG1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 896 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNPLA5, CHGA, and ARHGAP5. Each is linked with GSG1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSG1L-to-partner and partner-to-GSG1L results are reported.
