Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSG1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 578 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GSG1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell fate commitment, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, and Eosinophil chemotaxis. Each is linked with GSG1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSG1L-to-partner and partner-to-GSG1L results are reported.
