GSEC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSEC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,312 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSEC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, RBMS1, and FSCN1. Each is linked with GSEC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSEC-to-partner and partner-to-GSEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSEC versus CEP170 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
