GSAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,652 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, PSMB5, and BLVRA. Each is linked with GSAP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSAP-to-partner and partner-to-GSAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
