GRWD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRWD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AADACL2, MSMB, and PRSS54. Each is linked with GRWD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRWD1-to-partner and partner-to-GRWD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AADACL2 grouped by GRWD1-low versus GRWD1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRWD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRWD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
