GRPEL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRPEL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,776 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPEL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GEMIN5, RRM2, and CDK1. Each is linked with GRPEL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPEL2-to-partner and partner-to-GRPEL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRPEL2 versus GEMIN5 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRPEL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRPEL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
