Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRPEL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPEL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Tuberin, and BRCA2. Each is linked with GRPEL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPEL2-to-partner and partner-to-GRPEL2 results are reported.
