GRPEL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRPEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, MIR8082, and MIR6747. Each is linked with GRPEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPEL1-to-partner and partner-to-GRPEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP17 grouped by GRPEL1-low versus GRPEL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRPEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRPEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
