Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,784 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP26, GUCY1A2, and CSDC2. Each is linked with GRP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRP-to-partner and partner-to-GRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRP versus DUSP26 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
