Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRM8-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,049 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM8-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein stabilization, Regulation of binding, and Vesicle-mediated transport in synapse. Each is linked with GRM8-AS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM8-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-GRM8-AS1 results are reported.
