Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GRM8-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GRM8-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher GRM8-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GRM8-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where GRM8-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
