Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,556 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASA1, OTUD4, and KIF2A. Each is linked with GRK3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK3-to-partner and partner-to-GRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRK3 versus RASA1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
