GRK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,689 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTN1, HDGFL3, and RPS5. Each is linked with GRK3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK3-to-partner and partner-to-GRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRK3 versus RTN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
