GRK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,299 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC69, IL12RB1, and CRYBB1. Each is linked with GRK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK3-to-partner and partner-to-GRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRK3 versus CCDC69 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
