GRK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bad_pS112, ACVRL1, and MEK1. Each is linked with GRK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK3-to-partner and partner-to-GRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bad_pS112 grouped by GRK3-low versus GRK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
