GRK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, KIF2B, and OR10K1. Each is linked with GRK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK3-to-partner and partner-to-GRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by GRK3-low versus GRK3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
