GRIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,885 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOCS7, CDK9, and SRCAP. Each is linked with GRIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIP1 versus SOCS7 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
