GRIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC1, H2AC1, and KRTAP10-1. Each is linked with GRIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BC1 grouped by GRIP1-low versus GRIP1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
