Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,699 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIN2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, SF3B3, and MEN1. Each is linked with GRIN2C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2C-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIN2C versus PARP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
