Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,761 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA2, CDCA2, and PARPBP. Each is linked with GRIN2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2C-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2C results are reported.
