GRIN2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIN2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,083 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are POTEB3, AGTR2, and TFAP2E. Each is linked with GRIN2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2C-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POTEB3 grouped by GRIN2C-low versus GRIN2C-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
