Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,823 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIN2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO5C, GRIP1_S43, and NCDN. Each is linked with GRIN2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2B-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIN2B versus MYO5C in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
