Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,124 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIN2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PRODH, and GRK3. Each is linked with GRIN2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2B-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIN2B versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
