Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIN2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bad_pS112, Cyclin-B1, and FASN. Each is linked with GRIN2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2B-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bad_pS112 grouped by GRIN2B-low versus GRIN2B-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
