GRIN2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIN2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 629 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCHY1, GCK, and CYP4B1. Each is linked with GRIN2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2A-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
