GRIK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,496 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, MRPS5, and MIS18A. Each is linked with GRIK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIK2-to-partner and partner-to-GRIK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPM grouped by GRIK2-low versus GRIK2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
