GRIK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ATM, and Heregulin. Each is linked with GRIK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIK2-to-partner and partner-to-GRIK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by GRIK2-low versus GRIK2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
