GRIK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,546 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM62, CTC1, and C12orf40. Each is linked with GRIK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIK2-to-partner and partner-to-GRIK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM62 grouped by GRIK2-low versus GRIK2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
