GRIFIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIFIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIFIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-222P, RNU1-17P, and RNU6-605P. Each is linked with GRIFIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIFIN-to-partner and partner-to-GRIFIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-222P grouped by GRIFIN-low versus GRIFIN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIFIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIFIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
