GRHL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRHL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,523 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRHL1_T208, SPTBN2, and EVPL. Each is linked with GRHL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL1-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRHL1 versus GRHL1_T208 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
