GRHL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRHL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,237 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36RN, TMPRSS13, and NECTIN4. Each is linked with GRHL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRHL1-to-partner and partner-to-GRHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRHL1 versus IL36RN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
