Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,698 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, SASH3, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with GRAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GRAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRAP2 versus RCSD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
