Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GRAP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GRAP2 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher GRAP2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GRAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CESC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UVM, and CESC are the cancer types where GRAP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
