Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,002 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EBI3, BIN2, and CD2. Each is linked with GRAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GRAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRAP2 versus EBI3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
