GRAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 993 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4M2, PCGF7P, and AP1S3. Each is linked with GRAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GRAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4M2 grouped by GRAP2-low versus GRAP2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
