GRAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, GAPDH, and NF2. Each is linked with GRAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GRAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by GRAP2-low versus GRAP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
