Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,010 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEMA7A, CD3D, and CD3E. Each is linked with GRAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GRAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRAP2 versus SEMA7A in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
