GRAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,386 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF354A, GRM3, and CDH1. Each is linked with GRAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GRAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF354A grouped by GRAP2-low versus GRAP2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
